Fundraising Steps

Each fundraiser is unique. But here are the basic steps to take to ensure your event is successful:

  1. Select dates for your fundraiser. (We recommend 10-14 days. Please make sure to include two weekends.)

  2. Decide on the number of participants and fundraising packages you will need.

  3. Call 877.933.5444 or click here to get started.

  4. We help you develop custom materials for your organization and send you the informational flyers, sales brochures and collection envelopes. You are now ready to start!

  5. Distribute the fundraising packets to your participants. Your organization takes orders for the cookie dough and collects the money up front, paying for the Classic Cookie products at the conclusion of the sale.

  6. Remind the participants of the group and individual goals and make sure they know the date to turn in the orders and money.

  7. Have your participants collect payment at the time orders are taken. All checks should be made payable to your organization.

  8. At the end of the sale, participants should total their orders and turn in their sales brochures and collection envelopes.

  9. Verify the accuracy of each participant's total with the dollar amount turned in, deposit the money into your bank account and fax your total order to your Classic Cookie representative.

  10. Discuss the details of payment and delivery with your representative.
